I am a passionate Transformational Leadership Coach and Business Mentor dedicated to helping Leaders and High-Performance individuals transform their lives from roadblocks, fears, failures, limiting beliefs, emotional triggers and procrastination to "Step UP to Greatness". With over 28 years of experience working with global leaders across many industries, I have a wealth of knowledge in operating and managing my own companies.

 

As a Trainer Facilitator and a highly motivated Thought Leader Speaker, I have impacted leaders' mindsets around the world, exponentially growing their prosperity. I also served eight years in Western Australia's community as an Honoren Consul for Peru- part of the diplomatic body in Australia.

 

I am the Director of the Australia-Peru Chamber of Commerce for Western Australia. I present a monthly show on TV Channel 31 Casa Latina with tips for self-leadership and thriving in business, growth, and scale. In addition, broadcasting on 89.7 FM Latin Studio empowers leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals to create a new pathway to success and a thriving life and business.

 

My clients include global leaders in the diplomatic sector, politicians, CEOs, influential leaders, senior leaders, business partners, and entrepreneurs. I have helped many people accelerate their leadership performance and business results to grow and thrive exponentially.

 

My ultimate goal is to help individuals gain clarity on their vision, align their direction, and lead confidently to achieve thriving business, professional, or personal goals while creating a life by design on their terms with meaningful and fulfilling relationships.
